Photovoltaic power generation system controller and inverter
Key words: Photovoltaic
Monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules are key components of efficient and stable photovoltaic power generation equipment. They are made from high-purity monocrystalline silicon as the base material, manufactured through advanced processes. These modules have excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency, reliably converting solar energy into electrical energy. Additionally, they are extremely durable, capable of long-term stable operation in various harsh environments, ensuring the long-term benefits of photovoltaic systems. With mature technology and wide applications, they are one of the core components in the field of solar power generation. As people's reliance on renewable energy deepens, monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules will play an even greater role in the future, contributing to global sustainable development.
Polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules are the core component of solar power generation systems and are widely favored for their efficient and stable performance. Photovoltaic cells made from polycrystalline materials convert solar energy into electrical energy by absorbing sunlight. These modules have a large power output, high conversion efficiency, and strong durability, allowing them to withstand harsh environments. Additionally, the manufacturing cost of polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules is relatively low, promoting their global popularity and application. In the field of new energy, polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic technology has become an important green energy solution, playing a significant role in mitigating global climate change and promoting sustainable development. With continuous technological advancements and decreasing costs, the application prospects of polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules will be even broader.
Technical parameters: Selected Xihe brand solar panels, specifications 12V100W (50W*2) dual panels, embedded steel welding, fixed lamp pole, 18mm rebar 20 strands, in accordance with GB/T9535 regulations; crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules must use special frosted tempered glass packaging for solar cell modules, anodized aluminum frame, high mechanical strength, with wind resistance, hail resistance, and corrosion resistance. The output uses a sealed waterproof, highly reliable multifunctional junction box, suitable for use in various complex and harsh climatic conditions. The measured power of the module must not have a negative deviation greater than 5% from the nominal power.
Solar special lithium battery: Power is 40AH/12V. The capacity should meet the power consumption requirements for 10-12 hours and comply with the YD/T799 standards. When using other batteries, they must meet the corresponding national and industry standards, and harmful gas emissions must be prevented. The battery must be installed inside a chassis, which should consider ventilation, waterproofing, and anti-theft features. The charge and discharge cycle count should exceed 2500 times, and it should operate reliably over a long period at temperatures between -10 to 40°C. It should provide lighting for 5-7 consecutive rainy days, with the capacity meeting the requirements for lighting duration and continuous rainy days. The lifespan of the lithium battery should reach over 10 years.

The country encourages and supports green clean energy, which is pollution-free, noise-free, and radiation-free.
The installation of electric vehicle charging stations needs to meet a series of conditions and comply with relevant regulations, which mainly include parking space conditions, power supply conditions, safety conditions, compliance conditions, and other conditions.
Key words:
The input end of the charging pile is directly connected to the AC power grid, and the output end is equipped with charging plugs for charging electric vehicles. Charging piles generally provide two charging methods: regular charging and fast charging. Users can swipe a specific charging card on the human-machine interaction interface provided by the charging pile to perform corresponding charging operations and print cost data. The display screen of the charging pile can show data such as charging amount, cost, and charging time.
Safety Inspection: Before cleaning the components, check the monitoring records for any abnormal power output entries, analyze whether it may be caused by leakage, and inspect the connection wires and related components for any damage or adhesion. Additionally, use a voltage tester to test the aluminum frame, brackets, and tempered glass surface of the components to eliminate the risk of electric leakage and ensure personal safety.
Protecting the battery: Prevent overcharging and over-discharging of the battery to extend its lifespan. When the charging voltage exceeds the protection voltage, the controller will automatically stop charging the battery to prevent overcharging; when the battery voltage falls below the protection voltage, the controller will automatically shut off the output to prevent over-discharging.
The main function of a solar photovoltaic inverter is to convert the direct current (DC) generated by photovoltaic modules into alternating current (AC) for household or commercial use, allowing the electricity to be smoothly connected to the grid and providing a stable power supply for various electrical devices. The photovoltaic inverter plays a crucial role in solar power generation systems.
BMS (Battery Management System Controller): BMS is the core component for protection and management in the power battery system. It is mainly responsible for monitoring the state of the battery, preventing overcharging and over-discharging, and extending the battery's lifespan. BMS controls the charging and discharging of the power battery pack through contactors and reports the substrate parameters and fault information of the power battery system to the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU).
