Maintenance Plan

(1) Establish a three-level warranty service organization consisting of the company, project management department, and engineering warranty construction team.

(2) From the date of delivery of this project, during the warranty period, a return visit team will be regularly organized to revisit this project. The team will be led by the deputy general manager or chief engineer, with participation from relevant departments and project managers.

(3) Establish a warranty team

During the warranty period, the project management department will establish an engineering warranty team, which will have an engineering warranty construction team under it. The members of the engineering warranty team will consist of construction management personnel and workers from the original project management department who are experienced, capable of problem-solving, and diligent. They will cooperate with the construction unit to carry out various warranty works and will provide detailed technical documentation to help the construction unit better understand the precautions during the use of the project.

(4) During the return visit, any quality issues and opinions raised by the owner will be recorded. For quality defects that are the responsibility of the construction, we will propose a handling plan as soon as possible and organize repairs in a timely manner. For issues that do not belong to construction quality problems, we will enthusiastically provide reference opinions to assist the owner in resolving them.

(5) After the project is delivered, establish warranty business files and a three-level warranty service organization consisting of the company, project management department, and engineering warranty construction team. The members of the project management department's warranty team will consist of construction management personnel and workers from the original project management department who are experienced, technically skilled, capable of problem-solving, and diligent. They will carry out all warranty work effectively.

(6) After receiving the owner's repair request, the warranty team will immediately arrive on-site to discuss the handling method with the owner. For quality issues that can be resolved immediately, we guarantee a solution within 1 to 3 days. Issues that require cooperation from relevant departments should be reported to the company's engineering department for timely and proper handling, ensuring that the owner's normal use is not affected.

(7) The technical quality department will provide technical guidance for warranty work, the engineering department will supervise the process and control quality, and the materials and equipment department will supply the materials, machinery, and tools needed for warranty work in a timely manner, making every effort to organize repair work to ensure owner satisfaction.

(8) If the owner is dissatisfied with our company's repair service, repair speed, repair results, or has suggestions regarding our work, they can fill out a feedback card or call the company's engineering department. Our unit will take it seriously, implement rectifications, and ensure owner satisfaction.

(9) During warranty implementation, carefully protect finished products and environmental hygiene, ensuring that the work is completed and the site is clean, to satisfy the owner.

(10) Immediately handle emergency incidents that pose a danger to life and property (such as power outages, burst pipes, etc.).

(11) General quality issues will be resolved within 24 hours, while larger quality issues will be resolved within 3 to 7 working days.

(12) If quality issues occur during the warranty period and are discovered by the user unit, they should notify our project management department to send a warranty person to the site to organize repairs.

(13) During the warranty period, the project management department's warranty team will fully listen to the opinions of the construction unit. For quality issues raised by the construction unit, we will carefully analyze, study, and formulate repair plans. During warranty implementation, we will carefully protect finished products and environmental hygiene, ensuring that the work is completed and the site is clean.

(14) The company's technical quality department will provide technical guidance for warranty work and formulate warranty technical measures. The company's engineering department will supervise the warranty team and carry out acceptance work for the warranty. The company's materials department is responsible for supplying the materials, machinery, and tools needed during the warranty. If the warranty requirements proposed by the construction unit differ from the provisions of the construction contract, the company's engineering department and business department will handle the explanation and ensure the satisfaction of the construction unit.

(15) Warranty records. After the repair work is completed, the repair personnel must carefully fill out the "Project Return Visit Form" and maintain repair records.

 

Repair Request

Our company has a dedicated after-sales service center, with warranty cards reserved for customers, and a dedicated person responsible for recording after-sales information. Customers can contact our after-sales service based on the reserved contact information on the warranty card.

After the repair request, our company will hold an after-sales analysis meeting based on the customer's after-sales situation and arrange after-sales service as soon as possible according to customer needs and the situation of our after-sales specialists.
