Engineering-type solar water heater

The one-piece molded bracket has a high degree of standardization and is aesthetically pleasing. It features dual protection with electrostatic spraying and hot-dip galvanized steel, enhancing its corrosion resistance.

PPR plastic hot water pipes

The solar water heating system uses PPR plastic hot water pipes, with a nominal pressure of 2.0 MPa. The pipes are made of high-quality national standard galvanized steel pipes and PVC fittings, which are recognized as healthy materials. They have strong corrosion resistance. The configuration uses high-quality aluminum-plastic fittings, and the faucets are treated with rubber-plastic insulation cotton and aluminum foil paper for UV protection.

Solar energy dedicated lithium battery

Solar special lithium battery: Power is 40AH/12V. The capacity should meet the power consumption requirements for 10-12 hours and comply with the YD/T799 standards. When using other batteries, they must meet the corresponding national and industry standards, and harmful gas emissions must be prevented. The battery must be installed inside a chassis, which should consider ventilation, waterproofing, and anti-theft features. The charge and discharge cycle count should exceed 2500 times, and it should operate reliably over a long period at temperatures between -10 to 40°C. It should provide lighting for 5-7 consecutive rainy days, with the capacity meeting the requirements for lighting duration and continuous rainy days. The lifespan of the lithium battery should reach over 10 years.

Insulated water tank

The inner tank of the insulated water tank is made of SUS304-2B food-grade stainless steel, ensuring safety and hygiene; the outer tank is made of color-coated steel plate with high-temperature baking paint; the insulation material is high-quality polyurethane with a thickness of 50mm, providing insulation for no less than 72 hours.

Bracket

Bracket: Galvanized steel, formed by machinery. Advanced fully automatic CNC bracket equipment in Yunnan, with small errors and high efficiency.

Thermal bucket

The no-welding process uses the latest interlocking technology, which involves physically folding stainless steel materials and interlocking them, with silicone added at the interlocking points to prevent leakage. The inlet and outlet, exhaust port, and air energy interface all utilize the interlocking process, achieving a completely no-weld design. During the production of the insulation barrel, product quality is primarily controlled by CNC machinery, resulting in low dependence on employee skill levels, with a defect rate below 0.1%. Production costs are effectively controlled.
