7KW Wall-Mounted AC Charging Pile

Charging pile products must obtain a valid type test report issued by a nationally recognized product inspection and testing organization (with CMA and CNAS qualifications). The testing content must comply with the requirements of the new national standard from 2015 and meet the latest energy efficiency standard NB/T33002-2018, along with obtaining the relevant type test report.


1. Applicable Standards Requirements

(1) The product meets the national standards GB/T18487-2015, GB/T20234.2-2015 and related specifications.

(2) The charging pile product must obtain a valid type test report issued by a nationally recognized product inspection and testing agency (with CMA and CNAS qualifications), with testing content that meets the requirements of the new national standard in 2015, satisfies the latest energy label NB/T33002-2018, and obtains the relevant type test report.

2. Product System Composition

The AC charging system consists of a residual current protector, a metering module, an AC control unit, a charging interface, and a human-machine interaction unit.

(1) The independent type A residual current protector must be built into the charging pile housing.

(2) Charging interface: Coupling interface with the vehicle, meeting the design standard requirements of GBT20234.2 charging interface.

(3) Charging control unit: This control unit has functions such as controlling the on/off of AC input and data transmission with the vehicle to ensure the safety of users, equipment, and vehicles.

(4) Billing unit: This module collects user electricity information and transmits it to the user terminal, and the data is encrypted for transmission to the garage operation management center via the network or uploaded to the operation management center via wireless transmission.

(5) Human-machine interaction unit: This unit serves as the human-machine operation interface and must have a color touch screen of 4.3 inches or larger.

(6) Auxiliary power supply unit: Provides working power for various control circuits and devices of the charging pile.

3. Operating Environment

Ambient temperature: Normal working ambient temperature -20℃ to +50℃, storage temperature -30℃ to +70℃;

Altitude ≤ 2000m;

Relative humidity: 5% to 95%, no condensation;

Installation method: Vertical installation, maximum tilt not exceeding 5°.

Operating environment: Indoor, outdoor; no corrosive gases; no explosive gases;

The installation site should not have strong vibrations and impacts.
